Learn about the Shared Interest Model, which helps teams hold effective conversations that: encourage all perspectives are heard; promote shared understanding; identify common ground; and create a shared strategy and a practical action plan. Finally, you will explore the concept: “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Here, we revisit the value of diverse ideas and perspectives to the team and the organization.
